Our tablets are stabilized with cyanuric acid, forming an iso-cyanurite. this gives them a longer shelf-life and less of an odor than other types of chlorine that utilize calcium hypochlorite. Use 1 tablet per 5,000 gallons of water per week by adding the pool chlorine tablets to your pool's skimmer and using the flow of your pump to dissolve and distribute the pool chemicals. Each chlorinating tablet is pH 2.7, weighs 7 oz.
